Perform and document initial examinations by reviewing patient history, listening to patient concerns, and using appropriate tests to evaluate data, identify problems, and determine a diagnosis. Plan, prepare, and carry out individualized treatment programs by developing patient-specific treatment plans, outlining goals, and establishing expected outcomes. Identify and document treatment goals, anticipated progress, and reevaluation plans and evaluate treatment effects and adjust interventions to achieve maximum benefit. Record patient progress, treatment response, and modifications to the plan of care in patient charts or electronic systems. Instruct patients and families on treatment procedures, injury prevention, ergonomics, and condition management. Administer therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, prescribed exercises, and modalities to relieve pain and improve function.

Bachelor's of Physiotherapy and minimum master's degree in kinesiology or physical therapy or related field. NY State Physical Therapist License required. 40 hrs/week and $81,848/yr.
